1. Open Outlook Express.

2. Click on Tools and select Accounts.

3. Click on the Add > Mail.. button.

4. In the wizard, enter your name and the email address you want people to use to send email to you.

5. In the Email Server Names screen, enter:

Incoming mail server = mail.yourdomain.co.nz
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server = smtp.yourisp.co.nz

6. Click on Next.

7. In the Internet Mail Logon screen, enter:

Account name = username@yourdomain.co.nz
Password = the password that was assigned to your username.
Select remember password.

8. Click Next the Finish.

9. If your ISP requires that you login to the SMTP server, select the mail account we just setup and click on the Properties button.

10. Click on the Servers tab in the Mail Account properties screen.

11. Select "My server requires authentication" for the Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server and click on the Settings... button.

12. Enter the login and user details provided by your ISP.
