MySQL databases need to be manually created by our support team at present. There is a known issue with Ensim in that you cannot create MySQL databases from within the control panel. This affects Windows hosting clients only.

If you require a MySQL database on one of our Windows servers, please use our online supoprt enquiry form stating the name of the database you would like created.
